Built around sawhorse brackets, some 2x4s, and a 2x6. 1/2" hardware, 3/8 chain, bolt held with a castle nut. Chain offset on washers to produce downward angle, deflecting debris to the ground.
Collapses down to a small package with bolts/thumb screws holding it together for easy transport.

Added bolts/washers as a spacer to hold the legs, the eye bolts have nuts on the backside that made then sit cockeyed (visible in next picture). The silver rod is a long screw that attaches to a thumb screw to keep the collapsed structure together.
